What an amazing team! From start to finish they were able to help me fix my muffler that broke apart. I’m a single mom with an active teen so having a working and safe car is crucial. Not only was the price fair, the work exceptional but when I went to pick up my car I showed up after there closing hours (google had them closing an hour later than they do) and one of the mechanics who was still there went above and beyond to ensure I was able to pay and leave with my car that day instead of coming back. Super grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone! I know I will go back whenever I have issues.

I’m very happy with the service I received at Ron’s. Ryan was awesome. He talked to me about how they would diagnose the electrical issue I experienced with my vehicle. He told me that I would only be charged for one hour of time even if it took longer to find the problem. They did a complete examination of my car to determine what else might be needed in the future. I am grateful they did that. I really do appreciate the friendliness Ryan showed to me. Very helpful. The catalytic converters were stolen from my truck. I called around to get quotes on replacements. The folks at Orchards Muffler asked me to bring the truck in so they could give me an accurate estimate. Ultimately I decided to give them my business. They were professional and kind. I was happy with the estimate and the work they did on my truck. They know their stuff and the turnaround was reasonable. Thank you Brandon and Mattie.

Had the unfortunate opportunity to become a Ron's customer. It turned out to be a great experience the whole time! Ron's team found the issue and had it ready sooner than stated! How often does that happen! Lol I also had them service and run through several systems while he had it. With 2500 miles remaining on our trip thought it was prudent. The trip home from Vancouver to Mississippi delta was without issue and actually ran and shifted better than before! Our thanks and gratitude go out to the whole crew at Ron's! Highly Recomend!

I have a 28-year-old Motorhome. The manufacturer made about 150 of them that year, so it is pretty rare. The folks at Rons have worked on it before and I have been very pleased. I took it in this time to repair a complex brake problem. It has been even more complex that at first thought, but they have stuck with it. They have fixed other problems I was not aware of and have made sure that the coach is fixed and safe to drive. Ryan has kept me up to date along the way and has done other things that have made my life easier. I would for sure recommend Ron's for other repairs for both Motorhomes and autos.

The service here is superior! Ryan was very patient as we tried to decide on a new car that would need a hitch, though the car company didn’t provide one. He answered all our questions (over several weeks!), and once we bought the car, he installed the right hitch, and did all the necessary wiring to make it a good towing vehicle for our little trailer. When my Boss asked me if I knew of any good mechanic shops here in vancouver. I initially did not. So I did a little research, and I found Ron's had a great reputation. The vehicle we needed worked on was an older ninth nineteen seventy five chevy dump truck. So I was a little concerned that they wouldn't want to work on it. On account of its age. But I gotta hold the Ron's. He said absolutely bring it in. It's a pretty sad looking truck, but it's got a lot of sentimental potential value to my boss means that it was his workhorse for many years.And he just couldn't see to put it out in the pasture.So I told him, well, we can get it fixed back up.We'll start with the mechanics. Ron's thoroughly went through the vehicle gave me a honest evaluation, an estimate. Now, don't get Concerned about the list that they will give you about the car that you bring in or truck. Because they're gonna find all the things that are not functioning correctly on your vehicle. It doesn't mean that you have to pick them all to get fixed at that moment. But at least you know, and when you know that there was no hassle with getting your vehicle done correctly and honestly, then you'll bring it back for those other things that they find when you can afford it.If that's the case. So we got the dump truck back drives like a dream. Now I was very happy.So when my van 1993 chevy van was having electric coherence malfunctions the first place I called was Ron's very happy with their service, and I think anyone who decides to pick Ron's will be happy aswell. Sprinter 3500: Installed two new front tires, balanced them, and did a front alignment. The work was excellent. Communication, including an explanation of the work was very clear. The shop was very clean and organized.

Professional and honest. They could have just replaced the whole oil pan and charged me much more but they suggested to check it out first and only took to replace the oil plug and washer.

It was a good experience-people are friendly, one of the mechanics thanked me on the way out to the car. The oil change/ safety check was completed within a reasonable time and I was given paperwork for my files.

I was having an issue with my AC in my Subaru Ascent during the heart of summer. I called and explained my issue and they were able to get me in the next day. When I arrived they explained what they thought the issue was based off of what I was telling them what was happening. They clearly explained to me how much (range) it would cost based off the different scenarios with my car. I appreciated the clear communication and how up front they were about the potential costs . Also, all the staff were very kind (on the phone and in person). My experience was extremely positive and I would definitely go back to Ron’s again.

Went in originally for oil change and tires. Ryan's crew did a thorough inspection and and alignment was preformed as well. Ended up getting Serpentine belt and pullyies replaced as well as turbo resonator. Finally ready for the road.

Brought in my Hybrid Civic for a fuse replacement and they kept in contact and updated me as soon as they finished. They took my car for a test drive and found out the replacement was faulty and got a replacement as soon as they could. Extremely happy with the clarity and communication they provided!

They changed oil in car. A week after the oil change, I noticed a large bolt in the driveway which was from the car. Despite it being unrelated to the service, they put the car on the lift and installed the bolt.

We came to Ron’s RV last minute with an undiagnosed engine failure. Ryan came highly recommended from the Toyota motorhome group, a group with almost 24000 members. Words cannot express our gratefulness to Ryan and his team. In a world where people passing through with engine trouble are often taken advantage of, Ryan kindly pointed out that our RV was in perfect condition and in need only of gas because our gas gauge was reading incorrectly. It is so incredibly rare to have honesty and integrity in this industry. We had originally planned a valve adjustment with Ryan, he could have easily said it was necessary but said save the money for now, and “put out the fire” Spend the money to have your vehicle looked after here, they will treat you with honesty and look after you like friends or family only suggesting what’s best for your vehicle We will drive far and wide to return to this shop for future work. Been taking my older RV to Ron's since I got it two years ago. With every oil change they do a complete inspection that gives me piece of mind that all is how it should be. The rig needed new breaks and they put the most heavy duty ones on possible and now it stops like a dream even towing my car. A coolant leak was giving me issues and they kept at it till they tracked down the issue to the radiator cap. No issues since. They also reach out to see how things are going which I see is good customer service. I see no reason to look elsewhere for service.

He kept me well informed on what was being replaced, and why, and kept me updated on every step of the way. I will definitely be back to Ron’s because of Jason. I went in for an inspection of a truck that I recently purchased. Though I did not have any repairs done at this time, I appreciate the honesty of their evaluation of what my vehicle needed. It included a video showing what exactly needed to be done, as well as details on parts and labor. Unfortunately, it’s more than the truck is worth. My advice: get an inspection before buying. I would recommend going there because they are honest and have great customer service. I would not hesitate to go there again with my other vehicles.

Ron’s performed repair and replacement of several functions on our used 20 year old motorhome( Ford F450 10 cylinder). They were responsive to us and kept us up to date on the whole process. They even made suggestions where no maintenance or repairs were needed. We knew it would be an expensive situation and about how much it would cost and they met those expectations but also we were pleasantly surprised when their cost was more reasonable than our expectations. My partner who used to build NASCARs said that he was pleased to meet some real mechanics who were not just replacing the parts that the computer suggested! Well done guys!
